Guess Who is 1?

I can't believe my little girl is 1 today. We celebrated her birthday with family on Sunday and boy did she tear into the birthday cake. I will add some pictures from our low key family party soon.

Reese is still not walking yet, she gets around so fast crawling, I just don't know when she will. Stafford was the same way, so it could be awhile. She is starting to talk a lot she says momma, daddy, passy, ball, and uh-oh. Of course she says other words too, but mom and dad are the only ones that understand those, so I don't really know if you can qualify it as a word yet. Lately, there has been lots of pointing too. She points to what ever she wants.

It is so funny how each child is different than the other, because I have to say Stafford was much easier than Reese. Stafford was so laid back and Reese is little more sassy. She would be happy as a lark if someone would hold her all day, but I would never change it for the world. HAPPY BIRTHDAY RESSEY REESE!! (As Stafford would call her)

Cont'd Colorado

Just a few more pictures I pulled from my mom's camera. Oh, how I wished we had snow with this cold weather we have been having. Doesn't seem like it is worth having these cold temperatures without some snow.

Colorado '09

We just got back from our annual ski trip to Colorado. It was lots of fun and I am always sad when it is time to come home. The kids did great and were able to see lots of snow. It was all so beautiful. I have more pictures I have to get from my moms camera. We got lots of skiing in and the kids were able to play in the snow. They didn't last to long outside with it being so cold, but it was still lots of fun. Can't wait till next year. Hopefully Stafford will begin skiing next year.

Christmas PJ's

I was just trying to get a cute pic of the kids in their Christmas pj's, but you can tell from the pics I didn't have much luck with that. And yes I dress my children alike in the same pj's because I think it is cute.

School Christmas Party

Stafford and Reese had their Christmas school party on Friday. As you can tell from the picture of Reese with Santa, I have traumatized the child. I didn't even get a picture of Stafford with Santa because like last year he wants nothing to do with him. I have this feeling that neither one of my children will ever really like Santa.

Dallas Doctor Update

Stafford had his checkup in Dallas the same weekend as our race. He had to run another test on his kidney and bladder. It was a very long day, but we received some great news from his doctor. We couldn't have asked for anything more right before Christmas. I truly never thought I would see a doctor excited about the progress on how Stafford is doing. To see a doctor excited, you know it must be good news.
